10 YEAR PUPPY REPLACEMENT
To qualify for our Puppy Replacement Program, your new puppy must be insured for at least six months from the date of purchase. By providing proof of comprehensive pet insurance during the first six months of ownership, you’ll be eligible for a replacement puppy for up to 10 years if any hereditary or congenital conditions arise. To participate, your pet’s insurance must be active and fully in place before your puppy arrives.
10 YEAR PUPPY REPLACEMENT
As a gesture of appreciation for responsible pet ownership, Premier Pups offers cash medical reimbursement for any hereditary or congenital health issues as long as you maintain coverage with a major medical pet insurance provider. This support includes covering 100% of your deductible, up to $300 (for standard policies), as well as co-pays for eligible hereditary or congenital conditions. Lifetime reimbursement is capped at the original adoption price (excluding shipping and additional fees), with no restrictions on veterinary clinics. For non-emergency hereditary or congenital issues, prior authorization from Premier Pups is required for deductible and co-pay coverage. To qualify, you must keep your puppy under ongoing care with a licensed veterinarian. Please send diagnoses and treatment plans for approval to info@premierpups.co.
Premier Pups assures the original buyer that the selected puppy is in good health at the time of purchase. Additionally, we guarantee that your puppy is free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis, and Corona Virus for a period of 10 days following arrival. If your veterinarian identifies any of these illnesses within this 10-day period, please inform us within 24 hours at (513) 726-3483. With active major medical pet insurance enrolled prior to your puppy’s arrival, Premier Pups will cover 100% of your deductible and co-pay for any viral illnesses that appear within the first 10 days.
Your cooperation is essential for your puppy’s well-being. It’s required that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of receiving them. (Please refrain from vaccinations until the second visit.) After reviewing the provided health records and examining your puppy, your veterinarian will outline the remaining preventative care steps. Don’t delay this initial vet checkup.
We have been closely monitoring your puppy’s health every day, but transitioning to a new home, diet, and environment can be stressful, which may impact their health. Consulting with Doctor Pup and your veterinarian can help manage these changes. Access Doctor Pup’s online veterinary consultation for added support.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY CALLING (513) 726-3483 DAY OR NIGHT. WE ARE AVAILABLE 24/7 AT THOSE NUMBERS AND WILL ASSIST YOU.
Some health issues may only emerge as your puppy grows, regardless of breed, gender, or genetic background. These conditions can be challenging to understand and accept. We want you to know that our team is here to support you. Please contact our Care Team at (513) 726-3483 or email us at info@premierpups.co. Your feedback is vital, as it helps us ensure responsible breeding by removing parent dogs from our program if hereditary or congenital issues are identified.
*Please note that costs associated with treatment for hip dysplasia presenting clinical signs within the first six months of insurance coverage are not included in major medical pet insurance. However, if you have insurance and your puppy is diagnosed with hip dysplasia in this period, you may qualify for cash reimbursement up to the value of the puppy if corrective surgery is performed.
*IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF SUDDEN DEATH, A NECROPSY IS REQUIRED TO FILE A FULL REPLACEMENT CLAIM. AS A COURTESY, PREMIER PUPS WILL OFFER A 50% DISCOUNT (UP TO $2,000) ON A NEW PUPPY PURCHASE IF A NECROPSY IS NOT PERFORMED. FETCH ALSO PROVIDES A $1,000 CASH REIMBURSEMENT WITH ACTIVE COVERAGE.
We do not offer cash refunds. Our policy provides a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value in the event of a hereditary or congenital issue, provided your puppy is insured for the first six months with a major medical pet insurance provider.
For hereditary or congenital conditions that require treatment, we offer cash medical reimbursement covering up to $300 in deductibles and 100% of co-pays, up to the original purchase price of the puppy (excluding extras like shipping), as long as you maintain major medical pet insurance from the time of purchase.
